Return Window: Madeira Quilting Thread offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requesting a Return Authorization Number: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can do this by calling us at 877-494-3743 or emailing us at CustomerService@QuiltingThread.com. A Return Authorization number must accompany all returned items.

Authorized Returns Only: Only items specified on the Return Authorization may be returned. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the Purchaser at their expense.

Documentation Requirements: Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the Return Authorization number. This helps us efficiently process your return and ensure accuracy.

Shipping Charges Deduction: If you received free freight on your order and the items you return bring your order total below the value for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your order totals $65, and you received free freight worth $15, and you then return items totaling $50, your refund will be $35.

Restocking Charges: Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of invoice will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note that merchandise is non-returnable after 60 days from the date of invoice.

Condition of Returned Items: Items that have been opened and/or used may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee or may not be returnable at all. We recommend reviewing products carefully before use to avoid any issues with returns.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
